You can substitute dates in place of prunes. Dates contain more fiber than prunes.
1 prune contains about .6 grams of fiber vs 1 date which contains 1.6 grams of fiber.
1 cup soft pitted prunes
1/2 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Great with bread or crackers. It is also delicious with peanut butter.
